Zachary Birnbaum (aka Mr. Zach) is kvelling over the opportunity to join Zucker Jewish Academy for their second year! In addition to teaching, Zach is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and audio engineer who plays regularly around the New York metropolitan area. After receiving two Bachelor’s degrees in Jazz Guitar Performance and Music Composition (minor in Classical Vocal Performance) from Rowan University in 2020, Zach has had the privilege of learning many styles of music and traveling nationally to perform. He is very excited to share these experiences and passion for music with the students of ZJA, imbuing a love of music with an emphasis on Jewish culture and repertoire.
