S.T.E.A.M.

Minds at work

S.T.E.A.M. stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. At Zucker Jewish of Queens, we acknowledge that these five areas of learning complement one another in numerous ways and provide the conditions for scientific observation, creative expression, and experimentation.

S.T.E.A.M. is a holistic approach to education that emphasizes hands-on learning and fosters collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving.

Through application, children are empowered and gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of concepts. S.T.E.A.M. provides a foundational understanding in each area and encourages students to apply this knowledge to real-world situations.
